Tickets and passes purchased for the 2024/25 ice season are valid until 23 February 2025.

How to purchase entry tickets online? >>>
In case you would like to purchase your entry ticket, kindly follow the below steps:
1. Please select ticket type you would like to purchase by setting the required amount of tickets and puting them into the shopping cart.
2. To check or modify the content of your cart, kindly click on the shopping cart.
3. Personal details. After submitting your personal and payment details, you will be able to proceed to the Simplepay payment website.
4. On the Simplepay payment website you will be able to submit your debit/credit card details and to proceed with the payment.
5. Upon successful purchase, the system will send an automatic reply, including your entry ticket(s) which has an ID number (QR code) plus an invoice about the payment.
6. You can either print it and bring your entry ticket or can demonstrate it on the phone upon entering the City Park Ice Rink. The QR code will be checked by the scanners located at the entrance and you will be able to enter after which your entry ticket will become invalid.
If you already purchased your ticket online, you do not have to queue at the ticket offices. Kindly use the scanner located in the middle of the entrance.
Please bear in mind that after the purchase it is not possible to request for refund.
